YogawithAdriene for the Good Feels

As I navigate the beautiful ebbs and flows of life, I sometimes find that I stray from my yoga mat.

This is normal, totally fine, and happens to pretty much all yogis sometimes!

I’m telling myself this mostly, but you listen up too!

I can’t be terribly surprised though when I go “too” long without paying homage to my mat that my energy starts to feel a tad sluggish.

No time but the present to get back to it, am I right?

My favorite teacher, Yoga with Adriene, always has my back! Front, side, outside, insides, and all in between!
